This tool gives you the possibility to use your internal PC-speaker as a little frequency generator. You may just test your ears or you even solder a little outlet to the PC-speaker wires to get the signal out of the Ashampoo Burning supplying special electronic devices (i.e. a scope)... Even though it's available as freeware, in order to use all features of Ashampoo Burning for Mac, it is mandatory that you request a license via e-mail. Without the license you can only create folders of up to 100MB and you will not be notified when someone tries to open the folder.
